1. Strict Role of the Developer
The engagement of Uplyne ("Developer") is strictly and exclusively confined to software engineering, source code programming, layout design, and technical integration of requested APIs.
The Developer is NOT an owner, partner, director, employee, stakeholder, operational agent, or administrator of Online Glad Services.
2. No Involvement in Business, Services, or Payments
The Developer exercises zero operational control and holds zero involvement or knowledge regarding:
- Citizen Transactions & Funds: The Developer has no access to bank accounts, Razorpay merchant settlements, UPI transactions, or revenue collected by this website. All financial receipts belong exclusively to the portal owner/administrator.
- Service Approvals & Document Handling: The Developer does not process, verify, forward, submit, or deliver any citizen applications, certificates, or documents.
- Client Dispute & Fraud Complaints: Any grievance regarding delays, service non-delivery, fee discrepancies, or fraudulent representation is solely the legal liability of the website owner/operator.
3. Absolute Legal Indemnity & Safe Harbor
Under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 (Intermediary & Technology Provider Guidelines) and relevant international technology safe harbor laws, Uplyne is fully absolved, indemnified, and held completely harmless from any civil, criminal, cyber fraud, consumer court, regulatory, or administrative legal claims arising out of:
- The daily conduct, operation, or misuse of this website by its owners, staff, or operators.
- Any unauthorized, illegal, deceptive, or misleading services listed on this platform.
- Payment gateway chargebacks, refund disputes, or banking fraud.
- Customer document forgery or data privacy violations committed by portal operators.
4. Legal Authority & Operational Queries
Law enforcement agencies, financial institutions, payment gateways (including Razorpay), or legal advocates seeking operator information must direct inquiries exclusively to the website operator listed on the Contact Us page. The Developer holds no administrative access or server ownership once the platform is handed over to the client.
